Appointments //

Appointment requests can be made in 3 different ways:

1. By phone (Calling 301-530-7303)

2. By email

3. By Mobile Text 

Directions to make an appointment via email:

Appointments can be made by contacting the following email address:  appointment@webMDpain.com

For the Subject, please provide your Name and phone number.

In the email please provide the following information:

1. Are you requesting an Office visit (New or established patient?) or Injection visit (New or established patient?)  

2. Ideal dates and times for the requested appointment.

3. Please provide other phone numbers (if available) where you can be reached to complete the appointment.

We will return your email within the next business day with the name of the staff member who has been assigned to complete your appointment.  Staff will attempt to contact you the same day that we reply to your email request but please be patient.  

IF YOUR APPOINTMENT REQUEST IS UNANSWERED BY THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY:  Please contact appointment@webmdpain.com with the Subject: "URGENT, Unanswered request for appointment" and provide the same information as indicated above.

By emailing us, you provide PMI the consent to communicate with you regarding your appointment and agree that email is not a secure means of communication and that no details of your medical history will be shared.

Directions to make an appointment via MOBILE TEXT: 

Appointments can be made by MOBILE TEXT sent to the following number: 240-621-0345 (TEXT ONLY.  NO VOICEMAIL WILL BE RETURNED.)

In the Text Message please provide the following information:

1. Your name and phone number.

2. Are you requesting an Office visit (New or established patient?) or Injection visit (New or established patient?)  

3. Ideal dates and times for the requested appointment.

4. Please provide other phone numbers (if available) where you can be reached to complete the appointment.

We will return your MOBILE TEXT request within the next business day with the name of the staff member who has been assigned to complete your appointment.  Staff will usually attempt to contact you the same day that we receive your request but please be patient.  Please have your insurance information ready.

By sending us a mobile text, you provide PMI the consent to communicate with you regarding your appointment via mobile text and agree that mobile texting is not considered a secure means of communication and that no details of your medical history will be shared.

Insurance //

Following Insurances are accepted in PMI Bethesda, Capitol Surgical Center, and PMI DC.  Please note that we are out of network with Cigna at the Capitol Surgical Center and out of network with United Health Care at the PMI DC office.
