Changing opioid prescribers
We require documentation and discussion with your current and past opioid prescribers to consider taking over any opioid prescriptions. This process may take weeks to months.

We do not prescribe opioids until all information is verified. We reserve the right to recommend non-opioid therapy.

We reserve the right to recommend changes to the opioid regimen in accordance to current opioid prescribing standards.
Opioid Monitoring
To comply with current opioid monitoring standards, we adhere to urine drug testing protocols.

We perform self assessed surveys at each visit to monitor for signs of addiction.
​
We also participate in cognitive function testing to monitor short and long term effects of certain pain medications on the patient's cognition and memory.
