Lexi also enjoys working with athletes and recently earned her Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification, allowing her to integrate golf-specific movement assessment and performance training into her practice.

At the heart of Lexi’s practice is a commitment to listening, understanding, and guiding patients to reclaim the parts of life that matter most- whether it’s getting back on the golf course, maintaining independence at home, or simply enjoying a pain-free night’s sleep.

A Northern Virginia local, Lexi grew up playing competitive sports and acoustic guitar. Outside of work, Lexi enjoys pilates, hiking, traveling, going to concerts and discovering new farmers markets.

Her special interests include spine-related conditions, falls prevention, persistent pain, sports-related injuries and neurodegenerative disorders.
