Lupin Physical Therapy
Where Healing Takes Root
The name “Lupin” was inspired by one of Dr. Abravanel’s first patients as a student- who gifted her a lupin flower from their garden and told her she would make an amazing physical therapist one day. That simple gesture became a lasting reminder of why this profession means so much to her- the deep trust and connection at the heart of every patient relationship.
The lupin flower symbolizes resilience, optimism, and growth- the same values that guide every session at Lupin Physical Therapy. Here, healing goes beyond physical recovery but is a journey towards restored confidence and well-being.

Close Physician Collaboration
Unlike traditional clinics where therapy and medical management are separate, our licensed physical therapist works side-by-side with our PMI physicians and physician assistants. They share updates and adjust care plans in real time, ensuring that every therapy session aligns perfectly with your treatment goals.
Personalized Care
Each patient receives a full hour of dedicated, one-on-one treatment. Sessions begin with a comprehensive evaluation of posture, movement, and lifestyle factors, followed by a customized treatment plan. Education in pain science, self-management strategies, and home exercise programming empowers patients to take an active role in their recovery.

What to Expect on Your First Day
Your first visit begins with a detailed movement and postural assessment, review of your medical history, and discussion of your goals. From there, we design a personalized treatment plan and discuss strategies to help manage your pain between visits.

Our treatments go beyond simply decreasing pain. We focus on understanding how pain limits your daily life- what activities you’re unable to do, and what goals matter most to you. By identifying and addressing the root cause rather than just treating surface symptoms, we help you restore meaningful function and long-term relief.
