What Can I Expect From An Infusion?
Pain-management ketamine protocols differ from the shorter and typically lower-dose protocols used for psychiatric conditions. At our practice, IV ketamine infusions for chronic pain are generally administered over approximately 3–4 hours, allowing medication to be delivered gradually and the dose to be individualized based on the patient's condition, response, and tolerability.
Throughout the infusion, patients are closely monitored by our experienced pain management team. Monitoring includes blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, and overall clinical response. The treatment team can adjust the infusion when necessary to optimize comfort and manage potential side effects.
Some patients may experience temporary effects such as dizziness, nausea, fatigue, changes in perception, or a feeling of detachment during treatment. These effects generally diminish after the infusion is completed. Patients should arrange transportation home and should not drive themselves following treatment.

What Can I Expect From An Infusion?
Before your first treatment, we review your medical history, medications, allergies, health conditions, and wellness goals to help determine whether IV therapy is appropriate.
A small IV catheter is placed, and your customized infusion is administered while you relax in our office. Most micronutrient infusions take approximately 30–60 minutes, depending on the formulation and volume.
NAD+ infusions typically require a slower infusion rate and may take considerably longer depending on the dose and individual tolerance. Infusion rates can be adjusted throughout treatment to improve comfort.
Our clinical team remains available throughout treatment and can monitor your response and address any symptoms that occur.
How Will I Feel After My Infusion?

Ketorolac (Toradol) Intramuscular Injection — $30*
Toradol is a prescription nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication (NSAID) used for the short-term management of acute pain. An IM injection provides a fast, convenient option for appropriate patients experiencing acute musculoskeletal or inflammatory pain when clinically indicated. Because ketorolac is not appropriate for everyone, medical history, current medications, kidney function, and other risk factors are reviewed prior to administration.
